- Tracking Information: A tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS. Note that it may take up to five days for tracking information to update on the shipping company’s website.

- Packaging: All packages are cushioned and covered to minimize import fees and prevent damage. They will contain exactly what you ordered. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your product is on its way.
