Refunds and Returns
Overview
Clients are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days of package delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. However, please contact our customer support, and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Filming unboxing videos is recommended to help troubleshoot delivery issues.
Refunds
For refunds of AAA and Superclone grade watches, items must be sent back to our warehouse via courier. For AAA and Superclone grade refunds that are not defective or damaged upon delivery, a $99 restocking fee will be applied. A grade watches are refunded only in case of defects. Small divergences in finishing and feel between A grade and Authentic watches are acceptable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
If purchased separately, the branded AP box will not be refunded unless it is damaged or defective.
Clearance Sale Items
Clearance sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will replace watches that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Contact customer support to initiate the exchange process.
Shipping Returns
The return address will be provided by our customer service.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To lower shipping costs, there is no need to return the watch box if you are expecting an exchange.
For returning more expensive items such as Superclone grade watches, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
